WHEN I was caught driving slightly over the speed limit by a speed camera I thought I was unlucky.

Now it's emerged that most of them don't work, I think I'm even more unlucky.

Of the 20 fixed cameras in the country only three actually have a camera in them with gardai playing speed camera roulette, moving them around.
