LAS VEGAS -- Pivotal events include an exclusive Table Master distribution agreement and the Company's largest Easy Chipper order to date

Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) today announced that it has entered into an exclusive Table Master distribution agreement for the Spanish arcade market and has received its largest Easy Chipper order to date.

Table Master

CARD, a Shuffle Master International Company, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement including minimum annual purchase commitments with Machines Games Automatics, S.A. (MGA) to distribute Table Master(TM), the company's electronic, multi-player table game platform, to arcades throughout Spain. Shuffle Master expects this important new relationship to contribute over $5 million in revenue just in the first year. The customized Spanish version will feature "Fortune Card(TM)," a modified version of blackjack, and will be demonstrated at the Fer-Interazar International Gaming and Gambling Trade Show at the Juan Carlos Exhibition Centre in Madrid September 28 through 30.

Easy Chipper

Shuffle Master has received a single order for 125 units of its Easy Chipper roulette chip sorter. The order was placed by Shuffle Master's Asia Pacific Distributor, RGB Limited, for its onwards lease to Genting Highlands Casino in Malaysia.
