Mazaheri Investments purchased 2.56 acres of commercial land from QBC Development for $900,000. The property is on the east side of Quailbrook Drive at the north corner of W. Memorial Avenue.

Kirkwood Partners purchased a light industrial building and office at 2400 NE Fourth St. for $239,500 from 2400 NE 4th Street LLC. Both the 2,895-square-foot office and the 26,672-square-food industrial building were constructed in 1960, according to county records. The buildings are on 7.26 acres.
