Upon awakening from a six-month coma, a man--whose face is completely bandaged--is greeted by his immediate family. But rather than a happy occasion, this hospital room reunion shapes up to be a nightmare that makes a coma look not all that bad by comparison.
The patient, a victim of amnesia, gets reacquainted with his dearly beloved: a miserable, embittered wife; a flirtatious, horny sister; a low-life brother; and a father who laughingly tells his now-conscious son about a vital organ donation that helped to pay for the hospital bill. It seems that while comatose, one of the patient's kidneys was removed. The sister jokes that minus the kidney, he will have to start wearing a diaper. Not to worry, though, as his job at the sewer plant has been saved and he'll be back at work before you know it, beams the brother.
While his life is unraveling before his eyes, so too are the facial bandages. Once his face is revealed, we hear the wife exclaim: "Hey, you're not Cletus."
That reprieve for the patient gives way to the tagline: "Feeling Lucky?" The spot ends on a Cherokee Casino slot machine with spinning wheels showing some of the games people play, including blackjack and bingo.
