Real Estate Weekly: Marketing group wants to bring Sunshine to Nevada

The Sunshine Group, the pre-development planning, marketing and sales organization for luxury residential properties and condominium hotels, has opened its Las Vegas office as the base for its West Coast operations. Cindy Della Valle, who has completed more than $950 million in sales in the Nevada region during her career, has been named managing director of the new office, which is located at the Howard Hughes Center.

The Sunshine Group has represented major properties in Las Vegas, including Park Towers, which was named, "One of the top five luxury condominiums in the United States," by Town & Country Magazine. The announcement of the opening of the Las Vegas office follows on the heels of the company's appointment as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for a new, mixed-use development by Flag Properties. The development, to be situated on the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevards, will be comprised of luxury condominiums, as well as commercial and retail components.

Prior to joining The Sunshine Group, Mrs. Della Valle was the founder and president of Vertical Properties Group, LLC--a boutique luxury high-rise sales and marketing company that focused on the Nevada market. Before starting her own firm, she teamed up with developer Irwin Molasky and casino owner Steve Wynn to work on sales for Park Towers, at Hughes Center.
