Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Crown will continue the company's exotic journeys around the tip of South America in 2004 and 2005 with a series of 14-day sailings between Buenos Aires and Valparaiso, highlighted by optional flyovers of Antarctica and scenic cruising through Chile's stunning fjords.
The 1,014-passenger Norwegian Crown is offering five "Chilean Fjords/Strait of Magellan" voyages from December 28, 2003, until February 8, 2004. The series resumes December 19, 2004, with six departures scheduled through February 27, 2005. The Norwegian Crown's recent refurbishment has transformed the ship into a "Freestyle Cruising" style vessel with the addition of three new restaurants. Also added were a children/teen center and a spa/salon/fitness center; plus, the casino was completely rebuilt.
