SPORTECH and Sky have launched a range of interactive pools, lotteries, instant win games and betting products on the Sky Active platform.

The initial offering from Sportech will include a variety of Littlewoods-branded pay-to-play football and numbers games, including Littlewoods Football Pools, which offers a [pounds sterling]2 million jackpot, the largest prize available through interactive television in the UK.

Sportech plans to continue to add a variety of new games to the service.

Jon Florsheim, Sky Interactive's managing director, said: "This partnership represents an important development for Sky Active.

"Betting is among the most successful interactive services on digital television, so we are delighted that Littlewoods's strong brand and mass-appeal products will give Sky customers even more options to interact with their television."
