On Command Corp., a provider of in-room interactive entertainment, will acquire controlling interest of Hotelevision, a company that provides advertising with targeted access to affluent audiences in upscale hotel rooms. Hotelevision will continue to operate as a separate entity, but will coordinate its activities with On Command. Bartech Systems International, a provider of automated minibars, hired Mark Holzberg, the former chief financial officer of Travel-CLICK, as president of Bartech USA. Holzberg previously was president and c.e.o. of AlphaNet Hospitality Systems.
