* Harrah's Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment signed a definitive agreement to sell Harrah's East Chicago (Ind.), Harrah's Tunica (Miss.), the Atlantic City (N.J.) Hilton and Bally's Tunica to an affiliate of Colony Capital for about $1.24 billion. The sales are in connection with the merger agreement announced in July.
